Early Childhood Class Agreement
A version of this agreement will be sent to you upon scheduling.
During each class...

The child and responsible adult are expected to arrive on time.

The responsible adult will remain in charge of the child during the class.

The responsible adult will remove the child in the event there is considerable class disruption.

Scheduling and payment

Parents/guardians will commit to a class time for the duration of a scheduled 4-week session.

Parents/guardians are expected to arrive on time. Class will not be extended due to lateness.

Payment is expected prior to session. By completing the agreement, I understand that I will be expected to pay for the session in which I am enrolled. Refunds after payment may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, payment through Wix upon scheduling, or Venmo.

If a class is missed, no refund will be issued.

There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.

Social Media

Students/parents will indicate their wishes regarding the use of images/video.

COVID-19
​

Teacher/students/parents/responsible adults will not attend if there are any symptoms in the last 48 hours, including fever/cough/chills/congestion/extreme fatigue.

Teacher/students/parents/responsible adults will arrive to classes with freshly washed hands. Hand sanitizer will be provided and should be used before the beginning of the class.

By attending in-person classes, students/parents/responsible adults voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to COVID-19. Students/parents/responsible adults voluntarily agree to assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for illness and any expenses and consequences that may be associated.

Students/parents/responsible adults will release Garrison Music from the Claims, including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs, or any expenses of any kind.
